The Anjouan Gaming (AOGA) register names Jade Reef Ventures Corp. as the licence holder for Leon’s licence ALSI-202410001-FI1^[1]. Leon’s terms let the site terminate a user’s agreement immediately, without prior notice or cause^[3]. Users can end their agreement at any time by ceasing to use the site and its services^[3].

Leon’s licence and ACMA action

The register lists licence ALSI-202410001-FI1 as valid through 30 September 2027^[1]. On 17 November 2025, ACMA named Jade Reef Ventures Corp. for providing a prohibited and unlicensed regulated interactive gambling service under Leon^[2].
